1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Equity Analyzer application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. The reports and data generated are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides users with AI-generated equity research reports based on publicly available financial data and user-provided inputs. Users receive a limited number of free reports weekly and can purchase additional reports. All AI-generated content should be independently verified and not be considered a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

3. No Financial Advice

The content generated by the Service is for informational purposes only. You understand and agree that the Service is not intended to provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Equity Analyzer is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

4. User Accounts and Credits

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. The Service operates on a credit system for generating reports. Free credits are replenished on a weekly basis. Purchased credits do not expire but are non-refundable.

5. Payments

All payments for additional report credits are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Equity Analyzer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name and email address. We do not collect or store your payment information directly; this is handled securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Service. This includes processing your payments, communicating with you for service-related purposes (such as account verification and purchase confirmations), and providing customer support.

3. Data Storage

Your account information (excluding payment details) is stored securely using Firebase, a Google platform. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party services to function: Alpha Vantage for financial data, Google Gemini for AI analysis, and Stripe for payments. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies to understand how they collect, use, and share your information.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. You can manage your account information and initiate account deletion from the Settings page within the application.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
